Good to know, in plain words
- Commitment. The monthly plans commit you for 12 months: 12 payments of $6.49 ($77.88) for one child, or of $8.69 ($104.28) on the Family plan. The $65.89 and $87.89 plans are paid once and do not renew.
- Cancellation. The Club ends by itself at the end of the 12 months, with no renewal. You can request it online, in one click, on the "End the Club" page: there is no payment after that.
- Withdrawal. You have 14 days to withdraw as long as delivery has not started. Once the first stories have been sent with your agreement, the right of withdrawal no longer applies (article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code).
- Paper items. They are personalized: no withdrawal, but we reprint or refund you if they are defective, broken or lost.
A story for every moment of the year
Each story explains where the holiday comes from, with curiosity and warmth, without getting into religious questions. The holiday stories are written one by one and arrive on the day of the holiday.
Before you decide
How do I cancel?
You cancel online, in one click, on the "End the Club" page. It is as simple as signing up. The end takes effect at the end of the 12 months. Cancellation is free as long as no story has been sent.
Can I withdraw from my purchase?
For digital content, you have 14 days to withdraw as long as delivery has not started. Once the first stories have been sent with your agreement, the right of withdrawal no longer applies (article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code). A personalized paper item cannot be returned either, but we reprint it or refund you if it is defective, broken or lost.
What does "12-month commitment" mean?
With a monthly plan ($6.49 for one child, $8.69 on the Family plan), you commit for 12 months, which is 12 payments. The Club ends by itself at the end of the 12 months, with no renewal: you can request it online, in one click, on the "End the Club" page. The $65.89 and $87.89 plans are paid once for 12 months, with no automatic renewal.
What is the Family plan?
It covers every child in the household for $8.69 a month ($87.89 paid once). Each child gets their own name, stories and letters. The same 12-month commitment applies. You give the name, age and interests of the other children after payment.
Telegram or email?
You choose after payment. On Telegram, the stories arrive in a conversation with the Starsbox bot. By email, you get the player link every morning. Both together are possible.
Which languages?
French first, then English. Spanish, German and Italian follow. The language you choose is the language of the text and of the voice.
What do you need to know about my child?
The first name is enough to start. The age picks the right level: 3 to 5, 6 to 8 or 9 to 11. We also ask whether your child is a girl or a boy so the sentences read correctly: we never guess. No photo is requested.
What about the paper items?
The mug, the calendar and the book are optional, with the price shown before you order. They are printed and shipped from France, shipping included. They cannot be ordered yet: sign up below to be notified first.
